By proceeding with payment below, you agree to the following terms.
What AI Office Will Do
Write and publish posts to your Facebook page and Google Business Profile. Research and join relevant local Facebook groups and share posts into those groups. Provide a monthly activity summary report.
What the Client Will Do
Provide admin access to Facebook page and Google Business Profile. Supply photos, specials, or content prompts as requested. Respond to customer comments and messages (AI Office does not manage the inbox). Pay invoices by the due date.
Term & Cancellation
Month-to-month, no lock-in contract. Either party may cancel with 14 days' written notice. No refund for the current billing period. The $99 setup fee is non-refundable once work has commenced.
Content & Approvals
The client authorises AI Office to create and publish content on their behalf. AI Office will not post political, religious, or controversial content. The client may request revisions before publication by contacting ai@aioffice.au.
Results & Liability
AI Office does not guarantee specific reach, follower growth, or revenue outcomes. Social media algorithms change and results vary. AI Office will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep business information confidential. AI Office will not share client login credentials or business data with third parties, except as required to deliver the services.
